Megan Marnie is the Philadelphia Office Administrator for Cipriani & Werner, a 180-lawyer firm, based in Pittsburgh. She provides full support for the office’s attorneys as they work to provide excellent service to their clients, and she is responsible for the growth of the staff and their professional development. Megan has worked in Legal Support Services throughout her career. She has been part of the ALA since 2007, she is the Independence Chapter’s Chair of our DEIA Committee and Co-Chair of the Business Partner Committee. When not at Cipriani & Werner or at an ALA event, Megan can be found on the beach or in the company of her many nieces and nephews at their various sporting events.

Diane Burkhardt is an Office Administrator at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, supporting the firm’s Philadelphia and Washington, DC offices. She brings more than 30 years of experience in law firm management, with a deep background in administrative leadership and operational support.

Diane has been actively involved with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since 2006. Her service includes prior terms as President of both the Independence Chapter and the Philadelphia Chapter, along with participation on various committees, reflecting her longstanding commitment to the organization and the profession.

Outside of work and professional activities, Diane enjoys spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren, Oliver and Lainey. She also enjoys traveling with friends and family.

Sarah O’Steen is the Chief Operating Officer at KingSpry Law Offices in Northampton County. A member of the ALA since 2023 and serves on the DEIA board. Sarah's journey in the legal world began as a legal assistant for attorney Don Spry. She finds fulfillment in her role, directing day-to-day operations and managing human resources, cherishing the bonds she's cultivated with KingSpry's team. In 2019, Sarah earned her SHRM-CP certification, and her impactful contributions were recognized when she was named one of Lehigh Valley’s Business Women of Influence in 2020. Despite her roots in Florida, Sarah has called the Lehigh Valley home for nearly two decades alongside her family.

Marina Bradley

Marina Bradley is the Executive Director at Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers. She joined the firm in June 2022 and oversees day-to-day operations, administrative functions, and internal systems that support the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients. At OG, Marina plays a central role in operational planning, coordination across departments, and ensuring the firm’s infrastructure supports efficient, consistent service delivery.

 Prior to joining OG, Marina held leadership roles in county government and legal operations. She previously served as the Web Editor and Social Media Coordinator of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and the manager of a local Blue Bell-based insurance defense firm. While with Montgomery County, Marina was a part of the team that won the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) Excellence in Website Design Award, recognizing the county’s efforts to modernize digital communications and improve public access to services. She also contributed to the design and launch of Montgomery County’s free mobile app, GoMontco, which remains available on iPhone and Android platforms.

 Marina grew up in Philadelphia before moving to Montgomery County as an adult. She attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown, PA, and the University of Pennsylvania. A current resident of Ambler, Marina loves the close-knit community and local activities the area offers.

 Marina is actively involved in several local animal rescue organizations, including Sam’s Hope in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, and New Life Animal Rescue in Marlton, New Jersey. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), serving on the Social Media Committee of the Independence Chapter, and is also a member of the ALA Philadelphia Chapter. Additionally, Marina proudly serves on the Mount Saint Joseph Academy Alumnae Board as part of the Marketing and Communications Committee.

Emily Bushnell

Emily Bushnell is the Executive Director at High Swartz. She graduated from Rutgers University with a dual major in Sociology and Criminal Justice and joined High Swartz in 2016 as a Legal/Executive Assistant. Emily later transitioned into roles as the firm’s Training and Technology Manager and Firm Administrator. In 2022, she became the firm's Executive Director, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations including IT, facilities, finance, human resources and more.

When Emily is not working or volunteering, she prioritizes spending time with her daughter and long-lost twin sister. In 2021, she discovered she had an identical twin sister, leading to their participation in the Amazing Race on CBS. In her remaining spare time Emily enjoys exploring local hiking trails and dog parks with her Jack Russell Terrier, Ruth.

Carol Jewell

Carol Jewell began working at Ostroff Godshall in July 2021 as the Director of Finance. Carol has worked in the legal field for over 30 years. She began as a paralegal for an insurance defense firm and then moved on to the accounting field and has worked for both law firms and marketing firms.

Carol attended West Chester University and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice; after graduating, she obtained her Paralegal Certificate.

Carol lives in Delaware County, PA and enjoys going to the beach and reading in her spare time.

Sandy Caiazzo

Sandy Caiazzo is Director of Administrative Services for Marshall Dennehey. Sandy is a 44-year veteran of the firm, having joined as a legal secretary in 1980. She subsequently was promoted to manage a number of the firm’s regional offices, with her home office located in Philadelphia. In 2010, she took on the additional role of Lateral Integration Coordinator, overseeing the onboarding and induction of lateral attorneys into the firm. Sandy has been an active ALA member since 2009 and has attended many of the ALA National Conferences. Sandy resides in Philadelphia, PA and has been the Past President of the Roxborough Kiwanis Club, Past Treasurer for Hunter Soccer Club, and Past President of the Roxborough Symphony Orchestra.
