Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company (MLM) is pleased to welcome Jason Joyce as our new Regional Sales Director for Pennsylvania

For legal administrators, Jason will be a first point of contact and trusted partner. He understands the unique challenges administrators face in managing their firms’ professional liability insurance and is dedicated to making that process smoother and more efficient. Whether it’s assisting with renewals, answering policy or coverage questions, or coordinating directly with underwriters and claims professionals, Jason ensures administrators receive timely, knowledgeable support. He also connects firms with MLM’s in-house risk management resources and continuing legal education (CLE) programs, helping administrators not only handle compliance but also create added value for their attorneys and staff. He is excited to provide administrators with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to manage coverage with ease.

Jason oversees a multi-state territory focused on supporting and growing MLM’s presence within the legal community. His role centers on business development, client relationship management, and strategic collaboration to expand MLM’s reach in the professional liability market. He works directly with law firms, legal affinity groups, and key industry stakeholders, developing territory-specific strategies and identifying sponsorships and partnership opportunities to strengthen MLM’s role as a trusted carrier.

Based in Philadelphia, Jason brings over 25 years of experience in regional and national managed care sales within the workers’ compensation insurance industry. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation for creating strategic partnerships with defense firms, carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers nationwide. That experience, combined with his client-first approach, has prepared him to serve as an accessible and dependable resource for Pennsylvania firms insured through MLM.

Outside of work, Jason is a devoted Philly sports fan, an avid golfer, and enjoys traveling with his wife. He has a strong interest in cryptocurrency and technology trends and enjoys time away at his Ocean City, New Jersey beach house.
